Ingredients

  • 1/4 TEASPOON GROUND CAYENNE
  • 1 TEASPOON GROUND TURMERIC
  • 2 TEASPOONS TOASTED SESAME OIL
  • 1 TABLESPOON AGAVE NECTAR
  • 4 LARGE GARLIC CLOVES, CRUSHED
  • 2 TABLESPOONS FRESHLY GRATED GINGER
  • 1/4 CUP LIME JUICE
  • 1/4 CUP TAMARI
  • 1/2 CUP GREEN ONIONS, CHOPPED
  • 1 CUP (PACKED) FRESH CILANTRO, CHOPPED
  • 8 OZ WHOLE GRAIN RICE NOODLES

Method

  • 1. ring a large pot of water to a boil. While waiting for the water to boil, rinse and dry cilantro and green onion. Peel and dice the ginger; chop the green onion, cilantro and garlic. When the water boils, cook the noodles for 6 minutes. While the noodles are cooking, place the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Stir well and set aside.
  • 2. Once the noodles are done cooking, drain them and toss them into the bowl of sauce. Stir them gently yet thoroughly.
  • 3. Top with any remaining cilantro as garnish. Serve and enjoy! Now wasn't that easy!?
