- 1 (7.5) can Albacore tuna, flaked
- 1 cup Garbanza beans, rinsed and drained
- 4 ounces pitted Kalamata olives, cut in half
- 4 tablespoons fresh green onions, tops and bottoms, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 teaspoon California style garlic salt with parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon red and black pepper blend
- 2 tablespoons Ranch Dressing Light Done Right
- 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/3 cup crumbled basil and tomato feta cheese
- Romaine lettuce leaves
- Roasted garlic panetini
Method
- In large bowl, mix all ingredients except feta cheese.
- Serve on large salad plates lined with Romaine lettuce leaves. Sprinkle feta cheese on top of each salad. Serve with roasted garlic panetini.
