Ingredients

  • 1 (7.5) can Albacore tuna, flaked
  • 1 cup Garbanza beans, rinsed and drained
  • 4 ounces pitted Kalamata olives, cut in half
  • 4 tablespoons fresh green onions, tops and bottoms, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon California style garlic salt with parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon red and black pepper blend
  • 2 tablespoons Ranch Dressing Light Done Right
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/3 cup crumbled basil and tomato feta cheese
  • Romaine lettuce leaves
  • Roasted garlic panetini

Method

  • In large bowl, mix all ingredients except feta cheese.
  • Serve on large salad plates lined with Romaine lettuce leaves. Sprinkle feta cheese on top of each salad. Serve with roasted garlic panetini.
