Ingredients
- 2 lb. hot bulk pork sausage
- 1 large onion, chopped
- dry mustard
- prepared mustard
- brown sugar
- salt and pepper
- molasses
- 3 (32 oz.) cans baked beans in tomato sauce
Method
- Brown sausage in skillet until crumbled; remove sausage, draining excess fat.
- Saute onion in sausage fat.
- Combine sausage, onion and seasonings to taste; add beans.
- Pour into 14 x 10 x 2-inch roasting pan.
- Bake, covered, at 350° for 1 hour.
- Yields 20 to 24 servings.
