Ingredients
- 2 lb. smoked sausage
- 12 small ears corn
- 1/2 lb. shrimp per person
- 2 1/2 lb. quartered potatoes
- 3 large onions
- salt and pepper to taste
- Old Bay seasoning to taste
Method
- Bring to boil in 16-quart pot.
- Fill 1/2 full of water.
- Add salt and pepper, Old Bay seasoning and onions to taste.
- Cook 5 minutes.
- Add cut up sausage; cook 45 minutes on medium heat. Bring to boil again.
- Add corn and potatoes when almost tender. Add peeled shrimp.
