Ingredients
- 1 lb white potato
- 1 lb sweet potato
- 34 cup Splenda sugar substitute or 34 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 14 cup butter
- salt and pepper
Method
- Steam tubers until tender.
- In a mixer combine remaining ingredients and tubers and mix until smooth.
- Serve warm.
