Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot jello
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. water
- 2 jars apricot baby food
- 20 oz. crushed pineapple
- 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 8 oz. soft cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Combine jello, sugar and water in a saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring until jello and sugar are dissolved.
- Remove from heat. Stir in baby apricots and pineapple.
- Let stand until cool.
- Beat condensed milk and cream cheese with mixer until smooth.
- Stir in jello mixture and nuts.
- Spoon into a 9 x 13-inch glass dish. Chill overnight.
- Serve with whipped topping.
