Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot jello
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 2 jars apricot baby food
  • 20 oz. crushed pineapple
  • 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz. soft cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Method

  • Combine jello, sugar and water in a saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring until jello and sugar are dissolved.
  • Remove from heat. Stir in baby apricots and pineapple.
  • Let stand until cool.
  • Beat condensed milk and cream cheese with mixer until smooth.
  • Stir in jello mixture and nuts.
  • Spoon into a 9 x 13-inch glass dish. Chill overnight.
  • Serve with whipped topping.
