Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • chopped bell pepper (optional)
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can wax beans
  • 1 can lima beans
  • 1 can chili hot beans
  • 1 can pork and beans
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard

Method

  • Brown and drain ground beef.
  • Saute onion and celery.
  • Add bell pepper.
  • Add tomato soup, tomato paste and catsup.
  • Stir and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Add drained green, wax and lima beans and remaining ingredients.
  • Mix altogether; bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350°.
  • Serves 25.
