Ingredients
- 7 oz. ginger ale
- 3 oz. pkg. Jell-O orange gelatin
- orange juice
Method
- Boil ginger ale.
- Dissolve gelatin.
- Add orange juice.
- Place bowl of gelatin in larger bowl of ice and water until slightly thickened.
- Whip with rotary beater or mixer until fluffy and thick.
- Will double in volume.
- Spoon into dessert dishes.
- Chill until set, about 30 minutes.
