Ingredients
- 2 (4 serving size) pkg. chocolate pudding and pie filling (the kind you have to cook)
- 3 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
- 1 deep dish baked 9-inch pie shell, cooled
Method
- Combine pie filling mix, milk, butter and chips in saucepan. Cook and stir the mixture over medium heat until mixture comes to a full bubbling boil.
- Remove from heat.
- Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Place plastic wrap lightly over pie to avoid skin from forming.
- Refrigerate 3 hours.
- Garnish with whipped topping and grated chocolate.
