- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 12 cup onion, chopped fine
- 2 pints grape tomatoes
- 12 teaspoon dried oregano
Method
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat; add onions and cook, while stirring, until golden, about 1 minute.
- Add tomatoes, season with oregano, and cook, stirring occasionally, until some of the tomatoes burst, about 5 to 7 minutes.
