Ingredients
- 8 boned, skinned chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 8 strips of bacon
- 1 pkg. chipped beef
Method
- Grease casserole dish.
- Line bottom with the chipped beef.
- Wrap each breast with one strip of bacon.
- DON'Tablespoons SALT!
- Place on chipped beef.
- Pour the soup and lowfat sour cream (beaten together) over the chicken.
- Bake at 275 degrees for 3 hrs (for the first hour cover with foil).
- Delicious!!
