Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Yeast
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 2 1/4 c. Hot water
  • 6 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt

Method

  • Mix together and let rise 30 to 40 min.
  • Divide dough into 3 parts and place in 3 olive-oiled pie pans.
  • Dimple dough with fingers.
  • Place on top the following mix: Coarse sea (or possibly Kosher)
  • salt, fresh grnd pepper, minced rosemary and thyme.
  • If herbs are dry, soak in water for 10 min and then pat dry on paper towels.
  • Let rise 50-60 min.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
  • May dip in extra virgin olive oil.
