Ingredients
- 1 pkt Yeast
- 1/4 c. Water
- 2 1/4 c. Hot water
- 6 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 6 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
Method
- Mix together and let rise 30 to 40 min.
- Divide dough into 3 parts and place in 3 olive-oiled pie pans.
- Dimple dough with fingers.
- Place on top the following mix: Coarse sea (or possibly Kosher)
- salt, fresh grnd pepper, minced rosemary and thyme.
- If herbs are dry, soak in water for 10 min and then pat dry on paper towels.
- Let rise 50-60 min.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
- May dip in extra virgin olive oil.
