Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 c. flour
- 1 can cherry pie filling (you can use apple or blueberry)
Method
- Cream butter; gradually add sugar.
- Cream until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition. Add lemon juice; then mix in flour gradually and well.
- Pour into greased jellyroll pan.
- Mark batter into 24 squares and place some filling in each square.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
- Remove. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar after you've cut into 24 squares.
