Ingredients

  • 1 (3 1/8 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix (do not use instant)
  • 1 (3 1/4 oz. ) pkg. tapioca pudding mix (do not use instant)
  • 3 c. water
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange jello
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Method

  • Combine pudding mixes with 3 cups water.
  • Boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat; add dry gelatin, stirring until dissolved.
  • Add the pineapple and juice.
  • Cool for about 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Blend in whipped topping and pour into bowl or jello mold.
  • Chill overnight.
