- 3 lb. chicken breast tenders
- 1 small can peas
- 1 small can carrots
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 soup can cream
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 4 slices bread, made into bread crumbs
- 1 can Hungry Jack biscuits
Method
- Combine all soups, chicken, peas, carrots, broth and cream. Pour mixture in a "large" casserole dish.
- Tear biscuits in half and cover top of casserole.
