Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 750 ml Water
- 150 ml Water
Method
- Add the water to a pan and bring to a rapid boil.
- Once it has reached a rapid boil, turn off the heat, and add the water.
- Add the eggs, with their shells damp, into the pan.
- Cover and let steam for about 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, remove the eggs from the pan.
- They're ready to eat.
