Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 sm. pkg. coconut
  • 1 sm. pkg. butterscotch chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. nuts

Method

  • Heat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Heat butter and combine with graham cracker crumbs.
  • Line bottom of 9x13 inch pan with crumbs.
  • Pat down to create crust.
  • Mix together coconut, chips and nuts.
  • Put on top of crumb crust.
  • Dribble sweetened condensed lowfat milk over the top.
  • Bake for 25-30 min.
