Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 sm. pkg. coconut
- 1 sm. pkg. butterscotch chips
- 1 can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 c. nuts
Method
- Heat oven to 325 degrees.
- Heat butter and combine with graham cracker crumbs.
- Line bottom of 9x13 inch pan with crumbs.
- Pat down to create crust.
- Mix together coconut, chips and nuts.
- Put on top of crumb crust.
- Dribble sweetened condensed lowfat milk over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 min.
