Ingredients

  • 1 can 6 -1/2 Oz Minced Clams
  • 1 package (8 Oz.) Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 2 Tablespoons Finely Minced Fresh Parsley
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoons Prepared Horseradish
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoning Salt
  • Pepper To Taste

Method

  • Drain clams, reserving the liquid.
  • Add milk as necessary to the clam liquid to make 3 tbls.
  • Add the liquid to the cream cheese and beat until creamy.
  • Stir in the clams and the remaining ingredients.
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
  • This is wonderful served with a variety or raw veggies cut for dipping or also good with crackers and chips or your choice.
  • Makes about 2 Cups.
