Ingredients
- 1 can 6 -1/2 Oz Minced Clams
- 1 package (8 Oz.) Cream Cheese, Softened
- 2 Tablespoons Finely Minced Fresh Parsley
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 2 teaspoons Prepared Horseradish
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Onion
- 1 teaspoon Seasoning Salt
- Pepper To Taste
Method
- Drain clams, reserving the liquid.
- Add milk as necessary to the clam liquid to make 3 tbls.
- Add the liquid to the cream cheese and beat until creamy.
- Stir in the clams and the remaining ingredients.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
- This is wonderful served with a variety or raw veggies cut for dipping or also good with crackers and chips or your choice.
- Makes about 2 Cups.
