Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3 1/2 c. milk
- 2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. French vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
- 1 tsp. vanilla (optional)
Method
- Cream margarine, sugar and cream cheese.
- In another bowl, mix together milk, pudding mix and Cool Whip. Combine the two mixtures.
- In a large bowl, alternate layers of pudding mix with cookie crumbs, ending with crumbs.
- Freeze or chill.
- This can also be layered in a clean, foil-lined flower pot topped with silk flowers.
