Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked chicken shredded or 3 (6 oz.) cans Swanson chicken
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 4 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 pkg. crescent rolls
  • Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Mix all ingredients except butter and rolls. Press 2 crescent rolls together to form a rectangle. Put 1 heaping tablespoonful of mixture in center of roll and fold over. Pinch edge to stay together. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake in preheated 375° oven for 20 to 25 minutes. They puff up quickly. Watch closely.
