Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage (any flavor)
- 9-inch pie shell
- 1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped red pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 4 eggs lightly beaten
- 1 c. light cream
Method
- Cook chicken cutlets in College Inn chicken broth (under cooked); don't overcook.
- Put them in a butter coated casserole dish.
- Put Stove Top stuffing on top.
- Mix large cream of chicken soup with 1/2 can milk and pour over stuffing.
- Sprinkle 1/3 cup mild Cheddar cheese.
- Bake until bubbly.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
