Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage (any flavor)
  • 9-inch pie shell
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped red pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 4 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 c. light cream

Method

  • Cook chicken cutlets in College Inn chicken broth (under cooked); don't overcook.
  • Put them in a butter coated casserole dish.
  • Put Stove Top stuffing on top.
  • Mix large cream of chicken soup with 1/2 can milk and pour over stuffing.
  • Sprinkle 1/3 cup mild Cheddar cheese.
  • Bake until bubbly.
  • Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
