Ingredients
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/4 c. hot water
- 2 packets yeast
- 4 to 5 c. flour
- 3 eggs
Method
- Over medium heat, cook and stir butter, sugar, milk and salt until it is blended and melted.
- Turn off heat.
- Put 1/4 cup of very hot water in a small bowl and add the yeast.
- Cover and set aside for 15 minutes.
