- 1 lb. Italian sausage
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can (1 lb. 12 oz.) pork and beans
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
Method
- Brown sausage and onion; drain off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a 1-1/2 or 2 quart casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°. Yields 6-8 servings.
