Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. whole milk
  • 1 c. shrimp or 1 (6 oz.) can shrimp
  • 6 strips bacon, cut up and browned well
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. chopped spinach
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt (optional)

Method

  • Beat slightly the eggs.
  • Add milk and beat slightly.
  • Stir in shrimp, bacon, cheese, spinach, parsley flakes and salt.
  • Pour into 9-inch pie shell.
  • Bake at 375° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until golden brown on top and center is puffed.
