Ingredients
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 whole Chili Padi (or Thai Bird Pepper)
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 pounds, 78 ounces, weight Canned Tuna, Or As Much As You Like
- 2 cups Tomato Sauce
- Fresh Basil, A Few Leaves
- 1/2 pounds, 78 ounces, weight Spaghetti
Method
- Boil a big pot of salty water; throw in the spaghetti.
- Start a pan with garlic, chili and olive oil, and then add the drained tuna and tomato sauce.
- Bring to a boil and simmer until the pasta is cooked.
- Throw the pasta into the sauce, saute, add basil leaves, check seasoning and serve.
