Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. dry elbow macaroni, cooked
- 8 oz. cubed Velveeta cheese
- 2 oz. shredded Cheddar
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 6 slices bacon, fried until almost crisp (save grease)
- 1 can Italian original stewed tomatoes (Del Monte), chopped into smaller pieces
Method
- Mix all ingredients in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Add enough bacon grease to flavor.
- Microwave 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese thoroughly melts.
- Or bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Mix before serving.
