Ingredients
- 2 c. diced rhubarb
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 egg
- 1 c. sour milk with 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
Method
- Mix all together and put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° until cake is done; let cool.
- Frost with frosting.
