Ingredients
- 1/2 cups Chili Powder
- 4 Tablespoons Cumin
- 2 Tablespoons Black Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Granulated Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Cilantro
Method
- Combine all ingredients thoroughly and store in an airtight container. Makes about 1 cup.
- Uses:
- For seasoning meats, I use 1 tablespoon per pound of meat.
- For a creamy Tex-Mex dip, I mix 1 tablespoon of the mix with 1 cup of ranch dressing and 2 tablespoons sour cream. Mix well.
