Ingredients
- 6 boiled eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Method
- Cut peeled eggs in half lengthwise.
- Take out yolk; mash with fork.
- Mix in remaining ingredients.
- Fill whites with egg yolk mixture, heaping lightly.
- Arrange on a large serving plate.
