Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. dried rosemary leaves
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 beef sirloin tip roast (2-1/2 lb.)
  • 1-1/4 cups KRAFT Sweet Honey Barbecue Sauce

Method

  • Heat grill for indirect grilling: Light one side of grill, leaving other side unlit.
  • Close lid; heat grill to 350F.
  • Mix mustard, seasonings and garlic.
  • Spread over meat.
  • Place meat on grate over unlit area; cover.
  • Grill 2 hours or until medium doneness (160F), monitoring for consistent grill temperature and brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce for the last 20 min.
  • Remove meat from grill.
  • Let stand 10 min.
  • before cutting into thin slices to serve.
