Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- dash of salt and pepper
Method
- Peel eggs and cut in halves lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and mash finely with a fork; stir in remaining ingredients.
- Stuff the egg whites with the mixture; garnish with finely chopped parsley or paprika.
- Refrigerate at least 1/2 hour.
