- 4 skinless chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 c. Ros wine
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 4 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground oregano
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Method
- Place chicken in a baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix wine, soy sauce, oil, water, brown sugar, oregano and garlic salt.
- Pour mixture over chicken.
- Bake, covered, at 375° for one hour or until chicken is fork-tender.
- Serve with rice.
