- 2 lb. bag frozen hash browns (Ore Ida)
- 1 can cream of potato soup (a must)
- 1 can cream of celery, mushroom or chicken soup
- 1 small carton sour cream
- onion
- green pepper
- parsley flakes
- salt
- pepper to taste
- grated Cheddar cheese (if desired)
Method
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and let stand for 4 hours or more.
- Pour in 13 x 9-inch pan; sprinkle with paprika and bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
- Do not cover.
