Ingredients
- 16 apples
- 2 c. cider
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. cloves
Method
- Wash, dry and core apples.
- Cut into eighths with peel left on.
- Add cider, sugar, cinnamon and cloves to crock-pot.
- Cook on low for 15 to 20 hours, covered.
- Put in blender and pick out lumps, if necessary.
- Cook again in crock-pot on high, uncovered, until thick, 5 to 6 hours.
