Ingredients
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 (10 oz.) cans cream of celery soup
- 1 (46 oz.) can V-8 juice
- 2 c. carrots, grated (may grate them in blender)
- season to taste
Method
- Saute onion and ground beef until beef is pink.
- Add other ingredients and cook slowly for 1 hour.
- Yield:
- 6 servings.
