- 1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 12 cup raisins
- 12 cup apple, peeled and diced
- 14 cup sugar (approximate, adjust to your liking)
- 14 cup apple cider vinegar, plus
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 18 teaspoon ground allspice
- 18 teaspoon ground ginger
- 18 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 dash ground cloves
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
- Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until apples are tender and sauce has thickened slightly, about 30 minutes.
