Ingredients
- 4 lb. chuck roast
- 2 Tbsp. A-1 steak sauce
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 envelope Lipton dry onion soup mix
Method
- Lay roast on a large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil on a cookie sheet.
- Spread A-1 sauce over meat.
- Spread mushroom soup on top and sprinkle onion soup mix over it.
- Wrap tightly in the foil.
- Bake about 3 hours at 325°.
