Ingredients
- 4 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1 c. pineapple chunks
- 1 c. peaches, sliced
- 15 white seedless grapes
- 1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
- 10 fresh strawberries, sliced
Method
- Mix low-fat Cool Whip with all the fresh or canned fruit.
- Add 1 to 3 drops of lemon juice and stir well.
- Let mixture set in refrigerator 15 to 25 minutes.
- Yields 4 to 8 servings.
