Ingredients
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 stick margarine, cut up
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 4 Tbsp. chopped onion
Method
- Butter casserole dish.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Bake, uncovered,
- at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Or after mixing, refrigerate overnight or until ready to bake, then bake 1 hour at 350°.
