- 2 cups ketchup
- 1/3 cups brown dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 cups jim beam maple
- 2/3 cups molasses
- 4 teaspoons granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1/2 pound brown sugar
- 1 - 8 ounce canned diced tomatos drained
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke (optional)
Method
- reduce jim beam maple by half in large sauce pan over low heat
- combine rest of ingredients in sauce pan
- stir for 1 minute over low heat
- let simmer for 10 minutes over low heat
- use a stick blender to blend ingredients smooth in pan
- let simmer for 10 - 15 minutes
- add water to achieve desired consistency
