Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 large can chili beans
- 1 large can pork and beans
- 1 large can crushed tomatoes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small can tomato paste
- chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
Method
- In large pan, brown ground chuck adding onion mid-way through. Drain when meat is thoroughly cooked.
- Add chili beans, pork and beans, tomatoes, sugar and tomato paste.
- Add amount of chili powder to own taste.
- Set on low heat; stir occasionally.
- Allow to simmer for about 30 minutes.
