Ingredients
- 2 small cans chopped chilies
- 3/4 lb. Jack cheese, grated
- 1/2 lb. Tillamook or sharp Cheddar, grated
- 6 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. salsa
- 1/4 c. diced onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Method
- Mix everything together well. Grease a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish. Pour mixture into dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until set.
