Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. fresh dill or 1/4 tsp. dried dill
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- dash of cayenne pepper
- assorted raw vegetables
Method
- Place artichoke hearts in food processor.
- Coarsely chop.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Process until smooth.
- Transfer to bowl and chill for 2 hours.
- Serve with assorted crudites.
