Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground pork
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- 16 water chestnuts (1 can)
- 4 tsp. soy sauce
- 3 thin slices fresh ginger, finely chopped
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. m.s.g.
- 1 pkg. won ton skins
- 1 egg white, well beaten
Method
- Put pork, onions and water chestnuts through food chopper (fine blade) or chop well on a cutting board.
- Mix in remaining ingredients.
