Ingredients
- 1 lg. can pumpkin
- 3/4 c. white sugar
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 lg. can condensed lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 6 Large eggs, beaten
- 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk
Method
- Combine the above ingredients and pour into an unbaked pie shell.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 10 min, then reduce temperature to 325 degrees for 50 min.
