Ingredients
- 1 (8-inch) cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp. snipped fresh dill or minced parsley
Method
- Mix sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Pour over cucumbers. Add dill or parsley; mix well.
- Cover and chill at least 4 hours. Serves 4.
