Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
- 2 teaspoon minced onion
- 1/2 medium cucumber, peeled and finely chopped
Method
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add next four ingredients and mix well.
- Stir in onion and cucumber.
- Put in covered container.
- Chill one hour before serving. Serve with crackers.
