Ingredients
- 1 cantaloupe, peeled and cut in 1 inch cubes
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks (undrained)
- 1 unpeeled apple, cubed
- 2 peaches, peeled and cut in wedges
- 2 bananas, cut in 1/4 inch slices
- 1 c. strawberries, halved
- 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed (undiluted)
Method
- Layer fruits in a large bowl in order given.
- Spoon orange juice concentrate on top.
- Cover and chill 6 to 8 hours.
- Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
