Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. beef broth
- 1 lb. cube steaks
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish
Method
- Heat oil in large (12-inch skillet) over moderate-high heat. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
- Saute steaks until browned, about 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
- Reduce heat to moderate.
- Stir in beef broth and horseradish and bring to a boil.
- Serve immediately.
