Ingredients
- 1 34 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 12 cup oil
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) package strawberries, thawed
- 12 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease and flour a 9x5 loaf pan.
- In small bowl, combine first 4 ingredients and set aside.
- In large bowl with electric beater, mix eggs and oil.
- Add strawberries and continue beating until berries are broken up.
- Add flour mixture and pecans.
- Pour into loaf pan.
- Bake 1 hour.
